Stephen Poirier

Stephen L. Poirier was born raised on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. He received a BA in History from Acadia University and MA in History from the University of Western Ontario. He has been traveling the world the last twenty odd years, working mostly as an English teacher and history professor in Canada, South Korea, and Russia. When not reading, watching sports, his favorite TV shows, and movies, he spends his time teaching English, writing English education textbooks, and working on his own writing projects. He currently resides in Seoul, South Korea, where he teaches English at a small college.
