I'm obsessed with two things -- music and Stoic philosophy. And bourbon. Well, cocktails, actually. I even make my own bitters, you see. So, that's three or four things.

I am obsessed with a handful of things -- oh, and my wife, two kids and our dog. (How did I forget them?)

Let me just say, I'm generally upbeat. In fact, I think one of my distinguishing characteristics is this sense of enthusiasm for, well, for life.

So, naturally, I attempt to squash that daily by writing.
