After being expelled from school for a fight, Cee, a determined college senior with a harsh past, moves to Los Angeles in search of a fresh start; but things take an unexpected turn when he gets caught up selling the hottest new street drug "Gunpowder", and he must unweave the web he's spun, before it's too late.

After failing 8th grade for pulling a prank on the last day of school, Max has to attend Academic Summer camp; but when one of his jokes goes too far, and turns into a hostage situation, he is left responsible for saving their lives.
