Patricia Tischler

Originally Brazilian, I have literally traveled around the world and tried many different paths to learn that my passion lies in screenwriting. For the past fourteen years I have been developing my voice as a combination of my experiences and my interests that range from travel, photography, yoga and Ayurveda, to femininity studies, knitting, films,TV series and a lot more.

Because of my diverse background I know what it is to be considered unconventional and I bring that to my scripts. I love creating visual stories in different genres, that normally contain contrasting perspectives and extreme consequences to life choices. Most of my stories are set in international environments. Diversity is ingrained in the worlds I create as much as in the reality I live in. My female characters always struggle to fit in, fighting to be truthful to themselves.
