Nandini Anita Rao

I'm an Indian-born screenwriter and trained actor based in Paris, France—from where I write features, produce shorts, develop pilots with other aspiring filmmakers, and generally do all I can to further the dream of seeing my creative vision come alive. In 2021, I was declared the winner of the CannesFilms Unlimited residency program, organised by The Black List, Vivendi, Canal+ and the Université Côte d’Azur with the aim of nurturing the next generation of screenwriters.
