A writer by night and an editor by day, Michele Dagle attended UCLA's Professional Program in Screenwriting and has workshopped her scripts with Alan Kingsberg (MFA TV writing program head at Stony Brook University). Michele's supernatural-mystery pilot THE SUMMERLAND is a Shore Scripts 4th Place Winner. THE SUMMERLAND was also a semifinalist in Screencraft and a quarterfinalist in Final Draft Big Break, CineStory Fellowship, Finish Line, and WeScreenplay. Her drama short STAY won Best Short Screenplay at the Oregon Independent Film Festival and was a finalist at the NYC PictureStart Film Festival. An East Coast transplant, Michele now lives in the midwest, where she established a writers' collective and launched the Milwaukee Filmmaker Alliance's Live Table Read Series. She's currently working on a sci-fi thriller feature script.
