Marty Howe

Marty is best known for his work on the BAFTA Award winning hit video game "Max Payne" A self taught guitarist, at just 18 Marty relocated from Australia to London UK to perform in his progressive metal band "Sanctum" after securing an album recording contract. Returning to Australia, Marty taught himself video game design and in 1998 once again left his home country to live in Finland where he developed the iconic noir shooter "Max Payne" which spawned 2 sequels and was adapted into a motion picture starring Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. From 2001, he released several other video games related to movie properties such as "Minority Report", "Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal", "Jumper" and "Space Chimps" In 2012 Marty formed his own software company where he created "Arctic Infiltration" for Virtual Reality devices, before taking an industry hiatus after the birth of his first daughter. A self taught screenwriter, Marty now writes spec screenplays. His first script "Louisiana Sting" was awarded Semi-Finalist in the Austin Table Read My Screenplay Competition 2021. His second, "Fade Out" was awarded Finalist in the Emerging Screenwriters Genre competition 2021.
