Laura Barbato

Laura “L.A” Barbato is an award winning American producer, director, screenwriter, and the owner of Twelve 83 Entertainment. Laura is the writer and producer of the award winning documentary titled, “The States of Emergency: New York & New Jersey” featured by the Manhattan Film Festival in 2021. Laura is a retired NYPD Bronx Homicide/Detective sergeant and Bronx Narcotics undercover. She is a graduate from the New York Film Academy in New York City.
