I grew up in Chicago, where I first fell in love with acting. I started out as a junior in college performing in small productions and that love grew as went to USC to get a MFA in acting. Completing that program and doing a three play rotation repertory is one of my greatest accomplishments.
Since becoming an actor, writing has been in the back of my mind. There are stories I NEED to tell and the only way I can do that is to write them myself. I've written a short one man show that opened up my mind to the possibility of being a writer/performer. It was a giant task, but it gave me the confidence to continue to write things for myself.
To date I only have one screenplay, The Mystery of Love and Sex, completed but its one I've been working on for about 5 years. Having done that I'm beginning to find my voice outside of just writing for characters I want to play myself.
Since graduating from USC, I worked with Black & Sexy TV on their webseries Sexless, performed in the Royal Shakespeare Company production of Dunsinane, done two shows with the Not Man Apart Physical Theatre Ensemble, and performed The Tempest at Off Square Theatre in Jackson, WY. Earlier in 2017 I started a theatre company in LA, Coin & Ghost, where I'll be creating and directing a play in the summer of 2018.
