JONNY ZWICK

Jonny Zwick is a journalist-turned-documentary-filmmaker-turned screenwriter. His writing is influenced by his background in nonfiction storytelling and the relationships he forms with extraordinary characters in the real world. He tends to write about manic characters, in desperate situations, who find connection, and most importantly, common ground, from the least expected people. His screenplay, Seeing Samsi, was a finalist in the 2021 ScreenCraft Drama Competition and the Cassian Elwes Sundance Fellowship.
