Jimmie Wood

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. The plan was, I would become an actor, 'cause I sucked at school and liked attention. But that changed when I saw a cat named Lightnin' Hopkins play. Music has been my life from age twelve to the present. Years of touring, session work and song writing. I wrote a song called Bettye Gunne about eleven years ago. She demanded more time. I listened to her. First, I wrote a screenplay by the same name. She still wanted more time so, this is the pilot for a series.I hope it makes her happy.
