Jarod Cheng

A current student at the University of Iowa, Jarod Valencia-Cheng is working on a BA in English and Creative Writing with minors in Dance and Cinema. Their pursuit of this degree and future ones is fueled by the hopes of pursuing a multifaceted career in writing stories based in the intersectionality of marginalized identities as well as stimulating the next young writers through inclusivity-based writing pedagogy in post secondary education.
