1995 Semifinalist for Disney Screenwriting Fellowship with first feature script after film school at Columbia College Chicago. 2002 CAPE New Writers Award winner in Television for Bernie Mac spec. 2002 Helen Fong Dare Scholarship award winner based on feature script submission. Worked as an Assistant Designer in the fashion industry at Levi's and Dockers. Took time off to raise a family, went back to school studying audio production, launched a podcast in 2020, Asian Fail with Angie Suh (maiden name), which rekindled a desire to write features again.
