Biography
Alexandria Lane is a Screenwriter and Director with a background in Art Direction. A 7th-generation Texan meets a queer modern feminist. Lane’s scripts have been featured on Coverfly’s Red List for Top TV Comedies (No. 17) and TV Pilots overall (No. 20) in 2022. She was a fellow for the Orchard Project in 2023, a finalist for the 2022 Humanitas New Voices Fellowship and an Austin Film Festival Second Rounder. Her screenplays have been recognized by the the Sundance Labs, Austin Film Festival, the PAGE Awards, ISA, ScreenCraft, WeScreenplay, Women in Film and Stage 32.
