Alexandrea Therese

Alexandrea Therese was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she took wilderness survival as a high school gym credit. Though she focused on theatre in undergrad, earning a B.A. in playwriting from Smith College, she later switched to screenwriting once she recognized that film and T.V. had the potential to reach people regardless of location and financial status. Her writing explores how our preconceived notions of what is normal often lead to the darkest and most bizarre tragedies of all.
