Biography

Willam Sutphin, is a 2020 Universal Writers Program Finalist, a 2008 DGA winner for his short film "Uncle Killa.", a 2011 Nicholls Quarterfinalist and a 2012 Cosby Screenwriting Fellow. He taught school in Harlem and The Bronx before attending Columbia University's Film MFA program, graduating in 2008. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife.
