Victoria is a Miamian turned Chicagoan who writes down the things she remembers from her steel trap memory. These things usually turn into stories, and those stories morph into screenplays, teleplays, novels, and/or incoherent ramblings.
She is a recent MFA graduate of DePaul University, with a concentration in comedy screenwriting through a partnership with the Second City. As the daughter of Cuban immigrants, she is hungry to see more stories like those of her parents on both big and small screens alike, and she hopes she can be the one to write some of them.
When a down and out Cuban-American comedian reluctantly agrees to gather a list of last minute items for her dad's remarriage, she struggles to overcome two major hurdles: her lingering grief and a city-wide internet outage in Miami.
