ATX Television Festival Submission Call
ATX and The Black List have partnered with Bad Robot, Carlton Cuse Productions, FX, Sony, and USA Network on a new writing program, specifically designed to identify TV writers for staffing consideration across the participating networks, studios and production companies.
To have their scripts considered, writers must host their original pilots on The Black List website for at least one week during the period from 1/14/16 to 4/15/16. Based on all data collected about the scripts during their hosting on the site through April 15, the Black List will identify 5-10 of the strongest scripts (both hour-long and half-hour) to be shared with the participating studios, networks, and production companies with the goal of identifying writers with whom those organizations would like to work. Those finalists will be announced at this year's ATX Television Festival, which will be held June 9-12 in Austin, TX.
To opt in for consideration for possible staffing consideration as a part of the Black List’s partnership with the ATX Television Festival, Bad Robot, Carlton Cuse Productions, FX, Sony, and USA Network, please review the Submission Requirements and the Submission Agreement located in the left menu. Once you have reviewed these Agreements, you may opt an original pilot into this opportunity.
